In Libya, torrential rain and flooding has swept away entire neighbourhoods in the wake of Storm Daniel.
Up to 20,000 people are feared dead. Thousands are still missing. The worst affected city is Derna, where two dams collapsed and forced 30,000 people to flee.
UNHCR and partners are working as quickly as possible to provide life-saving aid, sending emergency supplies such as tarpaulins, blankets and hygiene kits, which is supporting tens of thousands of displaced people.
