Consumers are a lot more connected to businesses, specifically through social media. These large forces at play like the environment and human tragedies lead to expectations that businesses can be a force for good.
It’s also important to note a butterfly effect, where a business can do something small and it will impact someone else’s perspective on what a business is actually capable of doing.
What do you predict retail will look like three years from now?
Technology like i=Change is making it extremely seamless of the expectation now from consumers for businesses to impact the world positively at every single touchpoint – from along the supply chain to the internal team as a whole.
