“As a business, i=Change is a way for us to contribute financially to organisations that matter” – Geoff & Basil Karam, Founders of Life Interiors
What is the most profound change in our expectation as consumers that businesses are addressing some of the key issues of our time?
Consumers are a lot more connected to businesses, specifically through social media. These large forces at play like the environment and human tragedies lead to expectations that businesses can be a force for good.
It’s also important to note a butterfly effect, where a business can do something small and it will impact someone else’s perspective on what a business is actually capable of doing.
What do you predict retail will look like three years from now?
Technology like i=Change is making it extremely seamless of the expectation now from consumers for businesses to impact the world positively at every single touchpoint – from along the supply chain to the internal team as a whole.
The expectation very clearly, is that businesses need to be a force for good.
As an Australian business that started from humble beginnings, we are rooted in how far we’ve come. We believe in passing things forward and facilitating a sustainable future, involving our customers in our journey to supporting causes important to us.
Be the change today.
